Early days of Precision Surfacing, Norfolk

Our family has been laying driveways across Norfolk since the 1960s — long enough to know every shortcut, every corner that gets cut, every way a job goes wrong. We don't touch any of them. We don't subcontract. We don't pad quotes with hidden extras. We don't disappear after handover. Every driveway we lay is one we'd be happy to drive past in fifteen years and still recognise as our work. On time, done cleanly, finished exactly as agreed.

Yes. Resin bound is fully permeable — it allows rainwater to pass through into the ground rather than running off into drainage systems. This makes it the ideal choice for properties in or near flood-risk zones, and it complies with SuDS (sustainable drainage) regulations.
We install the full range: resin bound, block paving, tarmac, tar & chip, and gravel. We'll advise on what's most suitable given your property's ground conditions and any local planning considerations.
Most residential driveways are completed in 1–3 days. Ground conditions in Broadland can sometimes require additional sub-base preparation — we'll cover all of this in your free site survey.
